Refund Policy

All Terra Vein dining tables are crafted from genuine natural marble. Variations in colour, veining, texture, tonal shifts, surface markings, and mineral patterns are inherent characteristics of natural stone. Customers accept these natural variations before purchasing.

All orders are considered confirmed once payment (full or deposit) is received. Production and material allocation begin upon confirmation. Custom-made or made-to-order items cannot be refunded or cancelled.

Refunds will be considered only when:

• Product arrives structurally damaged due to transportation (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence).
• Incorrect product delivered that does not match the confirmed invoice.

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Natural marble variations (veining, tone, movement, mineral lines, pores)
• Personal preference after delivery
• Minor surface texture variations inherent to natural stone
• Improper handling, misuse, or damage after delivery.

Processing

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14–30 business days.
