How do I place an order?

Build your table on this site and order it directly. Every configuration carries a published price, and checkout takes PayNow or card.

If you would rather talk it through first, or you want something the catalogue does not cover, contact us and we will work it out with you.

How does payment work?

A deposit is required upon order confirmation, and the balance is settled prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. An order is only confirmed once we've received your deposit and sent written confirmation. Production begins from that point.

Can I cancel my order or get a refund?

Every table is made to order, so once an order is confirmed with deposit payment, production and material allocation begin immediately. Custom-made or made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled, amended, refunded, or exchanged once approved.

Refunds are considered only when:

• The product arrives structurally damaged due to transportation (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence)
• The wrong product is delivered, not matching your confirmed invoice

Refunds are not granted for:

• Natural marble variation (veining, tone, movement, mineral lines, pores)
• Personal preference after delivery
• Minor surface texture variations inherent to natural stone

How long does production take?

• Standard production lead time: 4–8 weeks
• Custom-made pieces may require 8–12 weeks
• Lead time begins once the drawing is approved, material is selected, and deposit payment is received

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by material availability or logistics conditions.

Does Terra Vein provide delivery?

Yes. Our team arranges professional delivery and installation to ensure the marble table is handled safely.

Where do you deliver?

• Local delivery within mainland Singapore, excluding offshore islands unless prior arrangement is made
• International delivery is available on request; freight charges, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are borne by the customer

What should I prepare before delivery?

Before delivery, please ensure there is sufficient access to your home, including lift size, corridor space, and doorway clearance. This helps our team safely deliver and install your Terra Vein dining table.

What's included when my table is delivered?

We provide professional installation for marble dining tables unless otherwise stated. Every delivery includes:

• Secure wooden crate or reinforced packaging
• Professional marble handling
• On-site assembly of the table base and placement of the marble top (for standard models)
• Alignment, stabilization, and levelling
• Final inspection and wipe-down before we hand it over

Please inspect your table on delivery and report any visible damage on-site. Claims made after acknowledgment may not be accepted.

Is every Terra Vein table inspected before delivery?

Yes. Each table is carefully inspected to ensure the marble surface, edges, and structure meet Terra Vein's quality standards before delivery.
